The Tail of Emily Windsnap!

"Everybody has a secret." but none of them are quite as "swishy" as 7Th grade Emily Windsnap's, hers includes a tail! One of the 7Th grade classes was swim lessons, (she'd never gone swimming before) and that's when she found out about her secret, her legs started to join together and before she knew it she had sprouted a tail, she was a mermaid! she snuck out at night to find out if she really was a mermaid, she was so she decided to explore a little bit and on she made friend-best friend actually. She explores and explores until she gets into trouble with King Neptune on the way to find her dad. In the end everything turns out all right, by the way the book was called: The Tail of Emily Windsnap by: Liz Kessler. It's a GREAT book!!!

Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing

I have recently read a book called Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing by: Judy Blume. It was a great story about a boy named Peter and his little brother fudge. First, Peter got a turtle and basically Judy Blume writes all the adventures that happen to Peter and Fudge in a year. Peter is the narrator and it's very funny to here it from his point of view. Fudge was THE WACKIEST brother in the world (I thought my siblings were weird!). He had managed to lose his two front teeth, cut out most of his hair, and eat a whole turtle without chewing.
I LOVED THAT STORY IT SURE WAS FUNNY LOL!

The Call of the Wild

I have just finished an AMAZING story about a dog named Buck and all the adventures he has. He is stolen from his home in Alaska and is taken to California where they try to break his spirit, then sell him for a sled dog. Poor Buck gets sold or stolen at least five times each. Out of all his owners this last one was the best,Buck saved his life twice and earned him 1,600$ in five minutes!! Buck heard a call and was off when he came back his owner was dead. He joined the wolves that made the call, which ended the book. Oh by the way the book was called The Call of the Wild by: Jack London.

A Dog on His own

Boy am I sure flyin' through these dog books , look I finished an exciting story called A Dog on his Own by: Mary Jane Auch. this story is about a dog who teams up with 2 other dogs, and they have to work together to plan an escape. You can't even count how many times they get into trouble. I'll recommend this book to readers who like tention, dogs, or adventure!!!

Pet Trouble

I have just finished reading a very well written story about a boy who gets a dog that 's an escape artist. Merlin, the dog, shows up at school just to see Parker, the boy. There's nothing that Merlin can't escape from, including fences much taller than I am. I recommend this book for dog lovers or just people who love a good laugh.

The Bear!

We were on bear notch rd., NH in when I saw a BEAR, a BABY BEAR! It was sooooooooo cute, about the size and shape of a laundry basket, if it were standing on only two feet it would be the size of me. We got an exciting phone call from aunt, five minutes before we saw our bear, who told us they just saw a bear in the back yard. We REALLY REALLY REALLY wanted to see one too so we were real careful,,, aaaaannd we found one!

New Hampshire

We're going to NH. I think mom and grandma are trying to plan but they've got too many ideas that we'll have no time to catch a breath. My grandma got a 25 lbs hollow chocolate bunny from my uncle freddy so we'll have LOTS of smores and roasted marshmallows mmmm! Mom's bringing food, sports equipment,a volley ball/ badminton net, and shampoo. I don't know how she can bring, well, me.

Saying Goodbye

Schools out, summers in and we can do anything we want! I almost can't believe it's true, it was all so fast. I miss all my friends and my teacher, but now I have soooo much time to do stuff I've left undone. I cleaned the messiest room in the world(my room), we're reading an exciting Dutch book called "Scout",and I'm very quick with my math facts. As I look back on that I blame it on my friends and my teacher.

pivot

Over the vacation my mom loaded a game on our computer called Pivot. We found out about it from something called ICamp. They gave us a paper that told us how to load it on our computer. Pivot is a game in which you have to take a lot of pic’s, put them all together, and,,,,,,,, watch the animation! When I made my movie it was 1,239 pictures yet still only about five minutes long. My movie looks really cool, it took a month to make.
