Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing

I have recently read a book called Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing by: Judy Blume. It was a great story about a boy named Peter and his little brother fudge. First, Peter got a turtle and basically Judy Blume writes all the adventures that happen to Peter and Fudge in a year. Peter is the narrator and it's very funny to here it from his point of view. Fudge was THE WACKIEST brother in the world (I thought my siblings were weird!). He had managed to lose his two front teeth, cut out most of his hair, and eat a whole turtle without chewing.
I LOVED THAT STORY IT SURE WAS FUNNY LOL!

  1. I remember Judy Blume writing some fun stories. Have you read many others by her?

  2. Hello, Alex! I loved this book, too. Especially the turtle part. Now you know where some of the background for Tur Tur has come from! I think when I read this book, I was obsessed with living in a city. I really liked that Peter moved to an apartment building. I wish I could be sure which Judy Blume book it was that mentioned him living in or visiting one of those buildings, but it was probably 4th grade when I read that book myself! Maybe you'll recall, and set me straight. Keep up the reading. I hope to comment on your next post sometime.
